KEYS
Three things every company podcast needs
Set the aim, keep the rhythm, and use the time listeners give you. Get these right and a podcast becomes a long-lasting line to your customers.
- 01
Who it is for, and why
We start by fixing the listener and the goal. Shows that skip this drift, and listeners do not stick.
- 02
A rhythm you can keep
Top shows publish every 7 days at the median. Showing up on schedule, without dropping quality, is what builds trust.
- 03
Long, undivided attention
A typical top-show episode runs 30 minutes. Few other media get that much attention during a commute or chores.
PITFALLS
“Let’s just start” is the slowest route
Podcasts are easy to start, which is exactly why unprepared shows stall. The usual problems show up at three points.
Planning
- The theme is too broad to tell who the show is for
- No measure of success, so the team loses its reason to keep going
Recording & editing
- Room echo and noise make people stop listening
- Editing takes longer than planned and releases slip
Review
- With no one owning it, the gaps between episodes grow
- It is not tied to social or PR, so listens do not turn into action
We build the system that keeps quality up and episodes coming.
WHY US
Three reasons clients choose us
End to end, from concept to overseas. Fast launches from our own studio, and research deep enough to make shows people actually hear. That is how we have helped build podcasting in Japan.
- 01
One team, from concept to overseas
Most production companies stop at recording and editing. We do not.
Concept, casting, art direction, production management, marketing and international roll-out all sit with one in-house team. No chain of subcontractors, so the core of the show never gets lost in hand-offs and it is always clear who owns what.

Our own studio, so we launch fast
You do not have to start by hunting for a studio.
We run our own recording studio, so once the plan is set we can record that same week. Audio, video podcasts and social clips are captured in one place at one time. Launches do not slip by months over booking problems.

- Clips in one take

We go deep. That is how we built the market
We have been on the front line shaping how podcasts are heard in Japan.
We have run media for a long time, across many outlets. Before anything starts we dive deep into the audience, the competition and the habits of the genre. This site tracks 100 top Japanese shows and 41,855 episodes every day, and we set length, cadence and titling from that data. We plan from knowing the market inside out, not from a hunch.

FAQ
FAQ
Q. How long until the first episode?
For a new show, about a month from the start of planning to the first episode. Tell us if you are in a hurry.
Q. How does planning work?
We first ask what you want the show to achieve and who it is for, then propose the concept, recording approach and team with our writers and directors.
Q. Where do you record?
In a studio, in your meeting room, or online. For in-office recording we help set up the room and equipment so it sounds right.
Q. What kinds of shows can you make?
Branding, marketing, recruiting, internal communications, education, entertainment and more.
Q. How is the show distributed?
On Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube and other major platforms. We can handle hosting, uploads and reporting.
Q. Can you help with a show that is already running?
Yes — a fresh look at the format, editing support, analytics, or extra hands where you are short.
Q. How much does it cost?
It depends on the number and length of episodes, the editing scope and where you record. We quote after hearing what you need.
